Spokes

Spokes is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Eric on the service side always takes care of me and my bike. They are honest and fair when it comes to service and pricing. Not to mention speedy with the service. On multiple occasions I have dropped my bike off for a minor repair and it was completed the same day. Much better than other shops around (will not be naming). If you need service I highly recommend Spokes.

In May I purchased my first ebike bike. After biking for over 30 years, my knees bother me. E3 took me behind Spokes with 2 new bikes (1 ebike). After riding up the hill, I was sold on the ebike. Since the bike doesn't fit in my car, E3 sweetened the deal by offering to transport my bike for repairs & delivery. I thoroughly love the bike riding 5-6 times a week. We purchased 2 Ebikes from Erik at Spokes in Little Rock. We are new to the area and he made sure that we had the right bikes for our needs and told us of many places that we should take them. He was very helpful from start to finish with all equipment necessary. He encouraged us to look around before we bought there, we did, but we came back. No other bike shop could match the knowledge and service that Erik provided. Everyone was helpful and friendly too. Recommend 100%
