Went there for a part for my beach cruiser, they said oh that’s a junk yard part and went to the back and found the part for me and took it off and gave it to me. I will definitely be coming back to this bicycle shop. Very good customer service and the shop was clean and good vibe.

John at Flat Tire was great. All service appointments were booked and he told us to drive over and he would try to do a “parking lot repair.” We drove over and he fixed my wife’s bike quickly and charged us a more-than-fair fee. We are back on the road and able to ride and confidently recommend this shop!
