The guys there are all super knowledgeable, but in a way that is accessible and very cool. Very patient and helpful in answering questions and giving advice. Their work is superb. I recently had my bike tuned up and it came out like it was brand new. Can’t remember all the guys’ names but Ryder did the tune up. I’d go here even if it was 50 miles away (luckily it isn’t).

Disappointed in the lack of customer service today. We were sent to the Chandler store due to Gilbert store not having the bike we wanted. We stood at the counter about 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the 3 employees having a conversation. It wasn’t until my husband interrupted and asked for John that someone acknowledged us. I love going to Global Bike Shop for several reasons. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to listen to you before they make any suggestions on everything from bike accessories to purchasing a new bike. They have a passion for biking and want the very best for you to enjoy this hobby, as well.

So I’ve bought all 3 of my bikes here. The customer service is always excellent. Just today, I had an emergency where my tire went flat and I didn’t have my wallet. James was soooo helpful with everything and got my tire back working. I am so grateful because otherwise I would be up the creek without a paddle!! As always this will be my go to bike shop. Thank you James!!!!!
