I've only ever had positive experiences at this store. All of the employees are extremely helpful and welcoming. The pricing is always very fair. For example, I took my bike in to get the rear brake fixed. The technician fixed the break, but it squeaked when pressed with enough force. Because it was a little noisy, he dropped the price of the fix from ~$45 to ~$15. This is just an example of the great service they provide!

If I could give six stars I would. Had my bike fit and bought a number of new parts and these guys had it all installed correctly in no time flat. I live in Sun City Festival and this is by far the best shop I’ve found that is relatively close to me. Glenn did my bike fit and I can’t believe how much better I feel on this bike already. This isn’t’ a typical corporate store they are locally owned and operated and you can certainly tell by how welcoming and helpful everyone is.

Michelle was phenomenal! We learned so much we didn’t know. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly, helped us find the perfect fit, and answered every question we had about our son’s first pedal bike.

Absolute best bike shop in the West Valley. They tuned up my Yeti for a third of the cost quoted by a shop in Surprise without replacing a single part with inferior components. Great customer service.
