I had a great experience at The Bike Shop on Power Rd. I came in with a Diamondback bike and had no idea that the tires require a special adapter to air them up. The guy working there took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me exactly how to use the adapter, and even gave me helpful tips on how to store them so I don’t lose them. Out of 4 different shops we looked at, this was the only one that gave us Superb customer service and education by both owners. We ended up buying 2 Giant bicycles, helmet and car rack to begin a new hobby in our retirement years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They quoted a price for changing the tire on my son’s e bike. When we brought in the bike they denied the quote and raised the price on us !!! They are very unprofessional. my advice go somewhere else where they are honest!!’n

I was searching all over the Internet for Supacaz Star Plugs Neon Pink for my dropbars. The Bike Shop had it online but only for store pickup. I called and spoke with Joe (the owner). I asked if he would be kind enough to ship it to NYC if I provided the shipping label. He was very open to my request. Very friendly interaction. If the customer service is this great for someone over the phone in NYC, this is the place to go for all your cycling needs. Highly recommend!
