“I cannot recommend Fit n Fun E-bikes enough! I brought my Aventon Pace 500.3 to Michael and his dad to resolve a chronic battery cutout issue. Even though I didn’t buy my bike here, they treated me like a loyal long-time customer. My bike had been ‘fixed’ previously at a dealer in St George, but the problem returned within 200 miles. Michael took the time to explain that the previous repair was incomplete; they should have replaced both the terminal and the battery while under warranty. Eve...

The reviews are all accurate. These guys are great!! They helped us make an informative decision and allowed us to test out the bikes in their parking lot. They recommended perfect bikes for our use.... as we live in an area where there's a lot of hills. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. We are really enjoying the bikes! Quick review. We actually had purchased our two Big Sur e bikes in California while on a trip, but after a year of use found this business to do a tune up service. All I can say is I have no idea what they did but the bikes ride better than when we purchased new. Whatever adjustments, and maintenance they performed my wife and I can not believe the difference on how much smoother, quieter….everything these bikes ride. Highly recommend this shop.

Knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with squeaky disc brakes which Aventon acknowledged and they sent both front and rear disc plus brake pads. In addition, they offered 30 dollars for the labor. I brought my Pace 500-3 to the shop and had them installed. Mike asked how much they were going to reimburse and Mike charged me that amount. I just received a check from Aventon. Love my bike and have enjoyed some great rides from 15 to 25 miles. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating.

My husband and I both bought bikes a year ago. Mike and Michael helped us from the beginning with our purchase and follow up service. They are reasonably priced with a quick turn around time. We've added several accessories to our bikes and they are always happy and ready to accommodate us.
