Great bike shop with excellent customer service, highly recommend. Replaced tires and tubes on 2 bikes in 15 minutes, went the extra mile and tweaked the brake calipers at no charge! I was talked into doing RAGBRAI, so I pulled my bike out to start training and quickly realized I had a puncture in my slime tires. I rode it down to Savage Bicycles to see what they could do, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I was greeted by Caden, who was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very well rounded and the older gentleman, which look like the master tech lol, he gave me some good input and knowledge. Three new tubes and two new tires with a new seat! Definitely can't go wrong with Savage Bikes. Even bought their hat, thanks team!

It was great to see that the sales folks at Savage Bicycles are experts on bike maintenance and components. Any question I had was clearly answered.
