I ordered my Brompton online; it arrived in perfect condition, Al had repacked it with extra materials and had clearly put a lot of care into it. I appreciated getting updates along the way; these guys clearly love bikes. I live in North Carolina and there are no dealers local to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

By far the best experience I have had for buying a bike online! I bought a Frog bike for my daughter for Christmas. Al called personally to let me know he had packed the bike up and shipped it. Absolutely stellar experience getting a new Brompton from PortaPedal! The communication was top-notch, they modified and test rode the bike thoroughly, and the packaging was incredibly robust and thoughtful. If Brompton ever makes a T-line with an H bar, I’m getting it from PortaPedal!!!
