First time at this shop. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Employees went above and beyond to repair bike 20 minutes before closing time. Employees even stayed past closing time to get bike repaired and ready to ride. 100% recommend this shop. Thank You to the bike mechanics who made our day.

Great staff, top notch mechanic, great selection of accessories and bikes. Tech swapped out a suspension fork (as a walk-in) faster than I can drink a beer:). He even took the time to tune the fork to my weight, set a base damper and rebound AND gave a tutorial of the fork features. 6-Stars!

Incredible service! I brought in a bike I purchased elsewhere for a tire tune-up, and before I even made it inside, an employee met me at my car to see what I needed. He went right back in, grabbed his tools, and helped me before I even unloaded the bike. Truly went above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. I brought my bike in to buy some accessories. One employee couldn't be bothered to move from her seat behind the counter. Another asked what I was looking for and simply pointed to where I could find those things in the store; didn't come with me to help, just went back to the bike he was working on.
