Picked up a Thunder Urban last month and it’s been perfect for my Richmond–Vancouver commute. Smooth power, solid battery range, and super comfortable ride. The shop set everything up properly before I left. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

I bought my first e-bike from here a few days ago. The customer service was wonderful. Great selection to pick from. The owners were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions. I was able to test ride it before purchase. If you are in need of advice or need an e-bike or anything else, I highly recommend them. We have purchased a few bikes from Richmond E Bike. Everytime Both Tram and her Husband helped us out over and beyond in each situation. Our last visit my partner bought the Thunder F-500 Step thru folding bike. With lots modifications done (changed handle bars, put different brakes, suspension to fit what she needed. They also modified my Azteca e-trike to my adding my batteries into my basket adding big front basket. Can't wait to go out for a ride! So glad Richmond E Bike is back go check ...

(Updated June 2021: serviced at 21 months and 2000km. Replaced the brake pad assembly, tightened the spokes, general tune up. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly service.
