Bought a Fox Proframe helmet and the staff transferred two sizes from their North Vancouver store so I could get the perfect fit. They even gave me an extra discount when I also picked up Fox Purevue goggles. Super helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Update: They also didn’t put tape inside the rim, and I got a flat tire in the middle of the ride. Thankfully, it didn’t happen on a downhill. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I brought in a brand-new set of carbon wheels just to have them trued. I even provided the manufacturer’s manual with clear instructions on how to properly true these wheels. A week later, they told me the nipple was “stuck” to the carbon spoke, but in reality, they clearly didn’t read the ma...

Excellent customer service! They are very knowledgeable, always willing to lend a hand, and have fantastic brands of bikes, gear, and accessories. My rides have improved significantly since I had a bike fitting with Stephen.

These guys were really awesome to deal with. They went out of Their way for me found me the bike. I was looking for at a good price and they’re just all around. Good guys very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location specifically.
