Ordered a Hornet Xi on February 6 2026 2 weeks to the day from order to delivery Keith is a hack He cut into the battery box so the seat would fit properly Also wired the extra battery charger incorrectly Also sent me an old version with breakers instead of all batteries being connected as one There is no purpose to theextra battery on this version all it does is adds extra weight to the moped Not happy at all with west kelowna cycles will contact the ontario company if I need service
Needed parts and batteries for my newly acquired e moped. Keith was amazing and replying during the weekend while the shop was closed. Amazing customer service!!! My go to shop for all my needs.
Was stuck in the side of the road with my EMMO zone GTS motorcycle and called him because he’s the only EMMO dealer in the okanagan that I could get to. Turns out, this guy won’t lift a finger for a bike he didn’t sell himself because he “doesn’t make any money off of it”. After reaching out to a few motorcycle shops in my area, they all said that was a weird way to do business and that as the only dealer in the okanagan for EMMO bikes, it was really shitty customer service. Of course I’d be ...
I went to get new batteries for my Armada scooter. Wonderful service from start to finish. Done when I was promise for the price I was quote. Helped me unload and load up the scooter. As a bonus the scooter was clean with a fresh coat of wax when done.
Me and my dad went to this store looking for a moped, he was very kind and patient with us couldn’t have gone to a better store highly recommend if your looking for a moped
