Took my bike here to get a new cockpit installed, I had heard good things about it. Left very disappointed. They broke my derailleur hangar, charged me for bike tape when all they did was remove it from my old cockpit, the aero bars were on crooked, they didn’t want to adjust anything since they wanted the fitter to do it, so everything was loose and had to get it fixed elsewhere, my cable pops out from the bottom of my bike when it didn’t before, I was given one price to begin with, I was ...

I needed a new cable for the front shifter on my bike. I went to google to do a search and happened to come across UBG and am I glad I did. Vicky and Freddie are great people. You can really see their passion for helping their fellow riders keep on the road. It's a great place to take your bike if you're looking for people who will take care of your bike as if it was theirs. Freddie did an amazing job on the bike. Shifting is better than ever. Hard to find a LBS with wuality parts and service. Mark and Freddie have always been there in a time of need. Once, they loaned me a Shimano battery charger for 1/2 day when mine went awol no questions asked and without hesitation. Delivery beyond expectations and always at a fair price. Highly recommend.
