I love the Allscape tires. They far more stable, flat resistant, heavy duty and far more quiet than my stock e-bike tires. Only negative I can say, the weight does slowed down my top speed. I rather have safety over speed any day. Happy Ebikes is extremely fast on the shipping with their quality products. I highly recommend Happy Ebikes Allscape tires and inner tubes.

Extremely disappointed with this company entirely. An Ernie bike was purchased for me as a gift and delivered without a battery. The customer service kept saying they would send a battery when it reappears, then saying I'd have to wait for their FedEx claim which would take 2-3wks. Then more time for it to come from CHINA. Eventually through the text line a customer service rep accused me of lying, being disrespectful and needing straightening out!! This company sent me a "dead on arrival" ...

I had ordered a set of tubes and one of tubes came defective. I texted the store, Dan immediately responded and sent out a replacement tube with a little bottle of sealant. I highly recommend this shop if you’re in the Carlsbad area. Excellent customer service.

From purchase to assembly these folks were absolutely amazing. They reached out to let me know the e bike color I wanted wasn’t in stock and offered several other options including the same model in blue and gray which is the color I went with and super glad I did!! These things are rugged without being overly complex and the assembly was super easy considering 99% of the bike came pre assembled, highly recommend these folks and this brand!!!!
