I had a fantastic experience at Bicycle Garage Fremont. The service was excellent, and their selection of bikes and gear is impressive for riders of all levels. Mack & Nathan was especially helpful—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this shop for both great products and outstanding customer service.

Average prices for Fremont, relatively quick turn around for service. What turned me off though was the unprofessionalism, unwelcoming environment, and disregard for the bike as a whole when doing repairs. My name and phone number were not taken when they took my bike, so when I came to pick it up they questioned if it was really my bike and said I didn’t have a work order with the store even though as a first time customer I didn’t know this was something they did. Great place! I got an outstanding deal on a Specialized Stumpjumper Evo Comp including shipping. Great communication and everyone was kind and easy to work with.
