I went it for a simple brake adjustment and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They explained what happened and didnt even charge for the adjustment. They know their stuff, are courteous, and just amazing all around! Definitely a go-to place that you can trust!

Quoted me 60$ for my brakes to be bled, the guy at the desk says he can teach me how to bleed my brakes if I come in the next day( I’m 13) says I have a bent rotor opens a 30$ rotor in front of me before I can say anything and says I’m missing a washer and now the bill is 250, I leave and I’m pissed because now I have to pay that just to find out the brake caliper isn’t even screwed on all the way and still loose. Came here scrambling to get on a group ride. My rear hub was loose and I thought it was the cassette. They pulled everything apart quickly as they could probably sense my urgency. They found a bearing issue from the manufacturer. This shop WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, I dealt with Parker at the front of the and the service technician named Byron (who i did not know owns the shop)... Worst service I’ve had at a bike shop. Owners (an older couple) were both very condescending as described in earlier posts. Also tried to extort a $100 “storage fee” for keeping my bikes over the holidays. You could do much better at any of the bike shops in Long Beach. Beware!

Very friendly, needed a new tire and tube for our stroller for disneyland. Very convenient, fast friendly service. Thanks man. We will purchase future bikes from you. Much appreciated
