Hi, this is the first time I’ve ever ridden an electric assist bike. And my first rental from anywhere. I will never look anywhere else to rent. I rented two bikes with some extra gear. These bikes were absolutely perfect for what we did Fire roads, etc. I weigh about 225 pounds and I had plenty of battery for what I was doing. I was worried about not having live suspension, but the fat tires took up all of the little bumps and it was perfect. The equipment is maintained professionally. But ...

My daughter (a university student) injured her hip and urgently needed to rent an ebike in order to get around campus. Silver Lake was highly responsive, and got a bike out to her in less than 24 hours. And the bike was excellent.
