Responsive but only a manager and technician and the knowledgeable manager is usually not in the shop. My gears began slipping within 50 miles of riding my new Velotric. They charged for repairing what should have been covered by warranty or courtesy.

A friend got a quote for the same model bike I got from another place and it was $1k more than what I paid at Electric Bike Center. (Other place also had me test drive $12k bikes without telling me the price then tried to get me to lease one. Ew.) These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. No tricks, just bikes. Lots of hills around the area too so you can get a good sense of the bikes power in a test drive!

I had a warranty issue with my Aventon bike that I purchased from Aventon directly. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only were they knowledgeable about parts and services. They did a detailed inspection and my bike, educated me on parts and maintenance and the bike feels brand new again. I will be taking my other E bikes here from now on, highly recommend this shop!

Five star experience. We needed our sons Aventon ebike serviced, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure that it is safe for the road and thus, safe for him. A great local business to support, we will not go anywhere else for service or future bike purchases.

Quoted $50 to put a tube into a wheel without installing back on the bike. Employee seems under the influence.
