Tyler and team saved this uncle and his nephew by going from a cold call looking for a new kid's bike on Christmas Eve to me rolling it out of the Oakland store 90 minutes later! Amazing service, and it's not the first time either. Great team!

Very “too cool for school” vibes from this group. If you fit the world they are experts in Im sure they do great. If not, they will give you a “less than” feeling to that emanates. And this is my results from 3 visits to this place and other occasions I hear also from others experiences here

Terrible experience with their bike packing and handling service. I was asked to pay $80 up-front for the service despite receiving no guarantees on packaging quality or size. In the end, the bike was packed in a box just 6" larger than the 130" length + girth threshold for oversized items, which resulted in an astronomical increase in shipping costs. Ryan really took care of me this past summer. I was having problems with my bike and he kept on helping me until he solved the problem once and for all. He really values and understands keeping customers who love riding and who ride a lot. It was more like hospitality than bike service, but also really good bike service.

Went in to get a helmet, lights, and phone carrier for my bike and I didn't get the name of the sales person but my receipt says Luca. They were so enthusiastic and happy to help me, it made my trip in incredibly efficient and enjoyable. Really appreciate it!
