Super nice guys, so fast, friendly and prices seem fair. They could easily fix something on my old bike that other bike shops didn't know. My favorite bike shop in Palo Alto so far and will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Ed, in particular, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue with genuine kindness. Even though the problem was entirely my fault (a silly mistake locking my bike), he handled it with such understanding and professionalism. Truly outstanding service ☺️

Very bad customer experience. Couldn’t fix a mountain bike. Broke again and then they claimed it would not be covered by warranty. Accused my son of know knowing how to ride a bike (chain, gear issues). Went to a different store and they said that installation wasn’t done correctly. They fixed it within 30min. I would stay away from this shop.

Ordering online was not good, items were not in stock, ordered from manufacturer, waited a month, no action, finally called, the actual shop doing the order is next door bike connection, turned out one item was lost in transit, offered a different item, and finally got them after a couple of days, and the last item going from SF bike connection to Palo alto to be shipped back to SF to me. All process took like 45 days since ordering.

Great crew here. Came in with a busted bike and they quickly repaired it for an affordable rate. Definitely my new go to shop for tune ups in the area
