Tyler and Mandy were really informative and have such excellent customer service. They were really friendly and down to earth. The bikes they have for sale are truly the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend going in to see them!

Be careful with this shop. I had a bad experience — the customer service is poor and the environment is not comfortable at all. The staff asks too many unnecessary questions and the salespeople aren’t professional or helpful. The warranty they offer is not reliable, and the quality of the bikes doesn’t feel original — it seems like they are trying to sell copies or imitations. I honestly don’t trust this place and wouldn’t recommend it.

I was looking at these reviews and I was disappointed that another business tried sabotaging the reviews.this place is amazing and the customer service was great. they offered to let me test ride one and it was great. and I'm so excited to get my tuttio this October!!!

This place is great. Service is awesome. Products are great, they’re constantly sold out. I was lucky to have brought my just in time for summer.
