If you're looking for an e-bike, this is the place to go! The absolute best customer service. Tim was a pleasure to work with ask for him when you arrive. Tell him Fred sent you.They have a wide variety of himiway bikes. It's the only himiway service center in the area. Do yourself a favor and go by there before you purchase an e-bike. You won't be disappointed!
Bought my Himiway Zebra here and had a great experience. Tim was very helpful showing me the models and letting me test drive, and after purchase helped customize my bike to me and installed an upgraded handlebar stem. There is great peace of mind knowing Himiway has a physical location nearby. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle of ordering online and just visit this store.
I recently recently purchased my first e-bike from Amazon and that it was a great deal for a starter bike I’ve had it 2 weeks and has been a problem got a flat tire the first day and soon found out calling most local bike shops none of them I called want to deal with servicing electric bikes not even to change a tire. Finally, a Himiway store to purchase and repair your Himiway. I purchased my Himiway in 2021, and love it! Unfortunately, I had to bring my bike in for a controller issue and Tim went to work on it. My bike now runs better and more efficient than ever . Thanks, Tim. I also went to the grand opening which was a lot of fun. The food and other Himiway ebike enthusiasts made the occasion worthwhile! This may be the easiest 5 star review I've ever given. Not only does Himiway make an excellent bike at the right price, this store is where you should get it. Tim is amazing, walked me through everything, and is simply a genuinely good soul. If you're looking for an electric bike, as I searched for quite some time, let Tim guide you through it.
