Scott at E bike Cyclery (San Dimas) is amazing! My daughter's rear tire got a flat. She has a smaller ebike size14 tire & generally it seems as if Scott usually works with the bigger ebikes the smallest he carried was a 16 but he went above and beyond for myself & my daughter & I ended up getting the right size for my daughter's bike online & I brought it to him & he fixed it in a timely manner & for a great price. I purchased two bikes here for my sons for Christmas and the MacFoxes are extremely durable and easy to use. I was happy to purchase from E Bike Cyclery. Tito’s customer service is top tier. He was extremely informative, easy to talk to and went out of his way to get every correct answer for my all of my questions. This was my first experience purchasing E Bikes and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
