Bob and his team are an excellent family run business. I bought an inner tube from them and changed my dad’s flat tire with some tips from them. They let me borrow their tire levers and were helpful, kind, and encouraging. Nice guys, would recommend my friends to see them.

So in 2019, I’m working on a project trike, and I bought new wheels for my pre-existing hubs. I asked if they could take the existing hubs and put them on the brand new wheels. There was a nice gentleman there that helped me and had initially honored the request. Pandemic hits, and everything closes. Why is a bike shop not selling bikes? Horrible service, rude people. Store looks like a thrifties with broken parts, used up bikes, and a rat running around. Avoid at all cost, place is such a rip off.

Rude and worst customer service and high prices! Went in with my son for a flat tire and the guy was like - I won’t even touch it! What he offered was a jacked up quote of $350+ for tune up and a rip off level parts replacement - here’s the kicker - I told him I bought the bike there and he’s like I don’t care.
