Very knowledgable and friendly! They helped me fit my helmet, purchase a bike on consignment, and maintain a few of my bikes. I needed a Helicoil due to a stripped oil drain plug, they helped me get a machinist to their shop to perform the work. Awesome place all around, will be working with them for the foreseeable future.

Got a good deal on both tires and got them installed for free. While waiting, I picked up some oil filters, and they were cheaper than online. The young lady working at the front graciously helped me with the rebates for the tires which I did not know about. One complaint is that I wish they took reservations for mounting tires. I had to wait quite abit. Overall, great service and very pleasant people to work with!

They have the best deals in the Bay area! I bought a new front tire from them, online to get the best deal on that particular tire, and also to reserve it. Marked for in store pick up, and went down next morning and had it installed, took less than the time quoted. Most places just mount and you install it back on the bike, but for a very reasonable fee they will install it on the bike. Great for a person like me still new to this wonderful world of riding.
