I recently used Trek and am very happy with the service I received. Due to a severe injury, I haven't been able to ride a bike in several years. My bike needed to come out of box storage and be reassembled for wall display. The team at Trek received my bike via BikeFlights, put it back together, gave it a thorough look over, and delivered it with care. They were professional, thorough and compassionate. Very much appreciated!

Wow, this place is totally amazing. Since the management has changed, things have totally shifted in a positive way! I buy a lot of Trek bikes, live in Boulder and used to just make the trip to Broomfield Trek; with the changes…this will be my store! Very welcoming management (Devin I think?) and awesome staff. This was my first time taking our bikes to the bike shop at the trek store. I was very impressed with the quality of service. Bradley was so helpful and took his time explaining what I needed to do to switch my son’s cross bike to a road bike. They were able to get the bike repaired very quickly.
