Great shop! They built my wife’s bike from the factory and we haven’t needed to make any adjustments since. Kyle also repaired a rear wheel for me (cheap wheel) by replacing a spoke and setting it up for tubeless, even though the rim isn’t “tubeless ready” it has been holding air for a month. Quality work!

Exceptional customer service! I was out for a ride when realizing my bike needed to be readjusted and I did not have the tools. I stopped in last minute. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I will be a customer for life with Procyciling.

Brian, Mike, and Brandon were incredibly helpful in assisting me with fixing the recall on my Tarmac SL7 steerer tube expander. They ordered the necessary parts to replace the recalled ones at no charge. I’m very grateful for their help, and I feel fortunate that I brought my road bike to them.

They spent time doing research on some esoteric part (Dr Seuss the cap for XD driver) that’s impossible to find. We got the right part. Installed it. Awesome. Kyle and Mike are fantastic.
