I bought my first e-bike (the Ride1Up Portola) from Eric and his team and I cannot say enough about how GREAT they ALL were!!! Very helpful. Very informative. Most of all - very patient! Two months later, I’m commuting to work almost every day and I’ve put 800 miles on it.

First time ever riding an e-bike and Eric and Susan couldn't have made it easier! Knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer service. Great place to rent from if you're a small group taking the trail to Golden for the day (which is what we did). 10/10!

After calling around to a few bike shops I ended up at Eforce bikes to get a spoke fixed on my e-bike. They took care or me right away. Eric is awesome to talk to about e-bikes, he really cares an about the product he is selling!
