I'll never take a bike anywhere else after my experience here. I bought an old 2013 specialized allez off of facebook marketplace for my partner to get into cycling as I have recently. Turns out there was an issue with the rear brake rubbing pretty bad, and when I (stupidly) tried to re-adjust it with no knowledge on how bikes work at all, the entire caliper went loose. The service and expertise is exceptionally. Very kind and knowledgeable, would highly recommend! I came in a week ago for new shoe cleats and a trisuit. They did not have a trisuit, but offered me excellent cleats, put them on my shoes, and a week later (today) even helped figure out how to put my bike in my bike box so I could get it to my race since my flight was later that day and I was struggling to figure it out, free of charge!!
