Fantastic shop. When I wanted to bring an oddball bike back into spec, they worked with me to restore it to its original function. When the oddball bike's quirkiness got me stranded one too many times and I was ready to throw it off a cliff, they helped me convert it to something more reliable, all within a very tight budget. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to a bike store and I needed to revamp my bike quite a bit. The only problem was, I didn’t really know exactly what needed - or how to articulate it well! I had a fantastic experience at Velowood today...my back tire had been getting flats the last 3 times I rode around town and again today...I didn't know what was going on and took it in to Velowood to see if they could help. Ian immediately looked things over, explaining what he saw, ideas to fix it, set me up to keep going, and said to come back if anything else happened.
