If you want to find a good e-bike mechanic who is honest, knows his stuff, and is logical, take your bike here. The cost of repair was initially higher than I thought, but he got my idiot, teenage son (I love him, I swear) to admit to basically using the bike as a battering ram. Josh just made my bike feel like a whole different improved ride. Re spoked my eahora Romeo pro 3. Dual motor and a heavy bike. I cannot say enough good things.

Josh has been in the electric bike biz for decades. He can fix bikes that every other shop simply tries to sell you a new bike. Josh also has an amazing variety of new Ebikes.

I had to come in because I had no breaks. Josh was there and not only did he fix my problem but he showed me what was wrong, showed me how to fix it, what to do next and he did it all for a very reasonable price. Biggest help I've had all week.

I brought my e-bike that I purchased second-hand to Precision E-Bikes for a tune-up because I was having some small issues with it. Josh was able to get everything working perfectly and show me how to safely use all the features on my bike. He also advised on adjusting the handlebars and seat for better posture. I will definitely bring my bike back here whenever I have any trouble or questions.
