Great experience. Rick accommodated me in every way- bike helmet and even a hitch drop so I could transport the bike to all the beautiful locations in Colorado Springs. Very gracious, highly recommend and the bike was mint!

My favorite local bike shop here in Monument! They have serviced my bikes many times, and I also purchased my wife's ebike here that she loves. They also service ski and snowboard equipment!

Horrible customer service. Jason is not really interested in customer service after you pay for your bike. The tune up was a joke too. He told me he served the Bike, but my bike was not cleaned, drive train was full of dirt. I had to wipe everything down when I got home. The rag was black when I got done. Seems like he just wants your money and not good customers.
