Rob took the time to explain everything, including proper fit, why one style would work better for me vs a different style for my husband. We are heading back to Michigan with our bikes, but we can’t wait to get back to the island as it easily the BEST way to get around! Thank you AMI eBikes, you are awesome!

Friendly staff and quick turn around time. Brought in 2 E-Bikes for tune up and minor repairs and had them back in just 2 days. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

On vacation and we needed a flat tire repair. We called AMI e-bikes they told us to bring it right in. It was repaired in 15 minutes Friendly and informative staff!!!

I am on the island often and bring my own e-bikes. Rob and crew were awesome, helping my wife pick out a more comfy seat. He offered us a test ride on the new 20” e-bikes. Very cool. The seat is ginormous. Check out the pic. Lol. Also them being mechanics on the island is an awesome go to. Thanks guys. See you soon when I’m ready to get a new bike.

My husband took his bike in with wheel trouble. Wil took him right back to his work station and gave him a full tutorial on how to adjust wheel and cables. Fixed the bike right up, then didn’t want any payment. He was so kind!
