Very professional sales staff. Joel was instrumental in getting me my dream ebike delivered and assembled. No fuss. My first ebike so the staff was very thorough in getting me set up right! 5 stars!
This place has the best and most knowledgeable bike tech/mechanic in the city. Expert on the field, took my Revv1 and assembled it and added customized gear better than I imagined. 5stars to this shop and to Jose!
Expedited shipping means expedited! Two days ago during a night ride somebody smashed my truck's window and stole all of my bike tools. Yesterday morning I began the process of ordering replacements, my order from NexGen Cycle arrived today! Very grateful to have minimal downtime, thank you!
Great service! Ordered a set of ENVE wheels on a friday and I got them to my door next week tuesday in PA.
