The service at University Bike Center is excellent. I had recently been in an accident involving my prior bike, and among other things that needed to be fixed, the frame was bent. They said though the frame could be bent back into place, the integrity of the bike still would be compromised. The staff were able to get me into another bike and worked with me or should I say put up with all my questions. I am more than pleased with everything. Hats off to Alex, Nico and Manny for assisting me. T...
Amazing experience at the UBC – University Bicycle Center! I brought in my sons electric dirt bike and electric scooter for repairs, and they had everything fixed within just 24 hours. Their customer service is outstanding — very professional, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated the text and call notifications that kept me updated throughout the process. The team did a great job, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Overall, a great place with nice people and exce...
I went in to buy new shoes and a helmet. They had a great selection and The salesman was very friendly and helpful I bought high quality items and they even gave me a discount! I need to bring my bike here for service as the other bike stores dont seem to have enough help

The layout is fantastic and the selection of bicycles is overwhelming not only are there a wide variety of bikes but there is also a great selection of helmets gloves racks for transporting bicycles and other things that you probably wouldn't think of that you would need in order to be cycling effectively. The one thing that this store lacks is windows that would display all the products inside to people ou...
Great shop, the staff is super knowledgeable and they have great inventory. My wife purchased a bike recently right before closing and the service team stayed late to ensure that everything was setup correctly for her. Can’t recommend them enough
