There's so many things to rave about! First, Don's customer service is amazing! He took so much time and care to help me choose the right fit and model. I think I rode everything they have! Second, he took equally as much time, if not more, to adjust it just to the specs I like so it was super comfortable! Third, his knowledge of e-bikes, features, and how they work is awesome. Don from Extra Mile Ebikes was extremely helpful and patient with explaining all of the different options and types of electric bikes. I decided on a full-suspension e-bike from Eunorau because other bikes I have ridden cause me to have pain in my wrists and back and and didn't feel as safe as my Specter ST. Don took over and hour adjusting the bike to fit me perfectly. If you're in need of an e-bike this company is legit. I'm having a blast on my bike from Extra Mile Ebikes!
