I had a great experience as a first-timer in the shop. Keith was welcoming and very helpful in getting me set up with the bike I purchased online. He recapped the details of it, made sure the seat height was right, and told me of community rides around the city to get tapped into. Although I live in the city, I'll definitely be back to the shop. Thank you Keith!

My experience might be an anomaly. There seem to be a lot of satisfied customers but my experience wasn’t good. I dropped a bike off for repairs and a tune up. They gave me a reasonable estimate and told me it would take about a week. I waited 10 days and heard nothing. I finally called and they told me that the rear wheel was damaged and needed to be replaced which adds another $100 dollars and a week’s time to the process. I bought a really good used bike from Wheel and Sprocket for a very reasonable price. It was fully inspected, worn parts replaced, and ready to go. I always find the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to please. Even when I go in for the smallest of parts or issues, they take the time and interest in helping me get it right.
