Avoid Bicycle Doctor – Unfair and Misleading Pricing. I wish I could give them ZERO stars I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bicycle Doctor, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I own an e-bike from Lectric E-bikes, and when I encountered an issue that required warranty work, I was directed to Bicycle Doctor as an authorized service partner per Lectric website. Bicycle Doctor USA is an amazing shop with great variety and a knowledgeable staff. Steve has a ton of knowledge about all bike components and after a short conversation with him, he was able to recommend certain products to best fit my needs. The Bicycle Doctor USA not only has the best service, but they also have the best prices. I highly recommend Bicycle Doctor USA to all of the cyclists around Bloomington, and the world!

Steve, I want to thank you for taking time from your busy workday to find just the right and safe Bash bike for me to ride at age 80 YEARS OLD! Steve is the best. He saved me the other day when I was stranded with a flat tire in the Cayman Islands. He had an extra tire tub with him, changed my tube in 15 minutes and I was on my way. I would have been walking if it weren’t for him. Thanks again.
