Don't ever answer the phone and they act like they don't know nothing. When you go, they're in person, an never have what you need. When you order something, they'll lose it,and blame it on you. And then you gotta pay for it again because they had to update their systems.So it's your fault. Only time they give a focus.If you're coming in there to buy something off the showroom floor so they can get commission
