Took my old Single Speed Masi to be overhauled and Addison helped me go through what I wanted to do.. he basically rebuilt the bike.. It came out perfectly. So glad I found these guys to do my service.. Friendly and knowledgeable.. Definitely recommended!!

Had a great experience at trek Cambridge. Helpful customer service, solid warranty/service plans, and a big selection of bikes. Was a bit expensive but that’s what you’re gonna get with buying a decent bike nowadays.

I recently got a new Trek road bike tuned up at this store ($100). I put all my accessories in a box, gave it to the technician, and then left my bike there. After the tune-up was completed, I found out that the lever of the quick thru-axle was missing. Additionally, the cable cover on the handlebar was not installed.
