I was recommended by my Daughter to purchase a pair of Auclair winter heated mitts. It was very difficult to find a store that carried these specific mitts. Olympia Cycle was the only place that did. I went down and was greeted by a salesperson named Helena. She was very professional, polite, honest and eager to help me get exactly what I needed. We had two dated pairs of cross country skis that were need of someTLC and parts. The crew at Olympia dug deep to find the now obscure replacement items, and installed them in record time. Meant a lot to an out of towner, with a tight travelling schedule! Thanks again for your second effort in customer service. Our next new skis will definitely come from Olympia, as we’ve been happy bike and ski purchasers since Lindsay opened the store in ‘83.
