In 30 years of dealing with a motorcycle dealer definitely that was my worst experience. They felt with my bike “not dropped” . I have a Honda Goldwing 20k bike. I asked for them to fix the plastic part and they put a construction wire to hold it. They installed a fog light in my bike and it was a really terrible work. I am so surprised to see a good reviews cause for me they felt in all aspects. They tried to hide the scratch with a poor touch up. I spend almost 3 thousand dollars to paint ...

EVERYONE was fantastic start to finish, sales, accessories, accounting and delivery. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience purchasing anything in my life. This is my first bike and everyone was super helpful and patient with me deciding on what I wanted and needed. Delivery was done the same day as I live in Alexandria and I got a wicked deal on the bike and took advantage of the 15% off accessories. Willing to go out of my way to go back for anything I need, this place is phenomenal.

I have been coming here for yrs. Having two motorcycles serviced and buying accessories. The staff is great & knowledgeable from parts, service & sales. I recently had a front tire mounted & balanced. I received a phone call informing me that I dropped the spacer to wheel in the parking lot. Saved me. Thank you very much. They also installed the Brock full exhaust & Sprint Air filter on my current Busa.
