I have never bought a brand new sled from them before but i have brought my sleds there to be serviced and warranty work. They fit me right in and got me back on the snow that same week! Buyer beware know the laws because I own a machine I can’t register been flagged by the warden for over 2000lbs weight law. Long story short I own a $60000 machine I can’t ride.
