I have taken my son's bmx bikes here for repair for years and always been happy. So pleased that I recommended it all the time. Today, I phoned to make an appointment to bring in my son's e-bike and was bluntly told they wouldn't even look at it because it wasn't purchased from them. I didn't buy all of my son's bmx bikes there (one of them, I did) so that does not make sense. I wasn't asking for anything for free! I wonder if I would have gotten the same response if I brought in my grandfath...

Walked into the shop not knowing what to expect. For starters the customer service is top notch. I immediately felt at home and in good hands with everyone there. Andy helped me in anyway he could to inform me properly on the bike that I ended up purchasing. I highly highly recommend at the very least stopping in and checking out the endless possibilities they offer. Fantastic experience today, our family of 4 (kids 6 and 9) in need of bikes all around. Knowledgeable, patient and thorough sales person (i think maybe Andy was his name) helped fit each of us with the perfect model. Highly recommend rolling in for any of your bicycle needs!

Bought a bike here a few years ago for almost $400. Was looking at getting another bike for roughly 600-700 dollars and they were offering $30 on trade in. The bike salesman has a foul mouth as well. They have pretty nice bikes but from what I've noticed they are pricier than most competitors.
