I'm leaving a review on the policy of this bike shop to only service bicycles they sell. I have a Tern longtail from a different area, and they won't service it. I'm not looking for warranty work - just normal repair work from an authorized dealer who knows this brand of bicycle. They refuse to work on it. Tern's website says I'm welcome to get service from any authorized Tern dealer - apparently not this one! If you take a Toyota you bought in a different market to a Toyota dealer here, they...
