Was lucky to get approved for the Minnesota e-bike rebate. Watt Cycleworks let me test ride the e-bike I wanted twice and made the purchase smooth. Staff was friendly and knowledge able with top customer service. Thank you!!
Watt Cycleworks is great for every bike! They are flexible and fast, and they even squeezed my service appointment in much sooner than anticipated since the work was quick. They're also super helpful when it comes to recommending ebike brands if you're thinking about taking the plunge! I appreciate their flexibility, working on bikes of even brands they don't personally sell. Thanks Watt Cycleworks!
Quality E-bikes under $2500 with good sized inventory for a small shop. They won’t upsell and have the basics for getting started. Focus is on commuter and leisure riding and basic accessories like locks, helmets, and bags. Not a lot of variety but good quality of carefully selected items that meet a lower - mid range budget. Low traffic area for test rides. And they won’t send you a million emails!
I apologize in advance for the copious amounts of hyperbole in this review but I don’t care. Watt Cycleworks is my favorite bike shop hands down. Bill the owner and his whole team are incredible. I bought my first ebike AKA “The Orca” (this Denago, CLASS 3 Fat Tire) at Watt in June 2024 after some serious research and visiting quite a few shops. It was a year-old model so it was marked down to $1500 (current models are $2000). Every time someone asks about my ebike, I let them know it’s serio...
Great place to get your ebike fixed. I'll definitely let them have my business in the future. Heck I even got my bike back spotless. I understand now why it is such a wait for you to get into the rotation for service so just keep that in mind when you're scheduling your repairs and be patient. You won't be disappointed. Also they fixed my bike when no one else would because of the brand and it is actually preforming better for me now than it ever has. Thank you Watt Cycle
