Overall, a really pleasant experience! I was shopping for an E-bike and the gentleman that was helping was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was honest and straightforward. Really sealed the deal and purchased from them. 10/10 would recommend!

If their website reads available for pickup the product it isn’t there. It’s not available and choosing ship to your home is just as fast. This is a trap to make it appear it is available. The reality is they are just plugged into a database with the manufactures and distributors to add further product line they don’t have. Stopped by store on Tuesday regarding difficulty with a wheel of a baby stroller . Rep Steve said bring it in and their Tech Team would take a look. Next daw Wednesday I brought it in and the problem was resolved in ten minutes. I am thrilled at the quality of service and the courtesy of all the staff members. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the guys name, but he was more than helpful. We were in buying snowboard boots and bindings. He fitted them for us and always good. I would highly recommend Eric‘s Bike And board shop!
