Both Google and Apple Maps show the store open until 8 PM. We arrived at 7:10 PM and it was closed. The salesperson came out and we needed to buy a tire. We asked to sell it, but he said they were already closed. I showed him the map showing they close at 8, but he refused to help us. If you're changing your hours, change it on maps. People are making special trips to your store, and you're so uncustomer-friendly.

First time here, buying a tire and getting it installed. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience, tire and install were excellent prices. They installed the tire in five minutes even though they were busy, and it being the day of the Gateway Cup. I also noticed they had good prices on new bikes and had a very good selection. Edit: Updated from 1-star to 4-star: After writing this review and sending an e-mail to the owner, I was contacted by their service manager, Matt. He also offered to pick my bike up from my home. When I went to the store, Matt personally spent a lot of time to repair both the brakes and tried using different rotors to find out which one works the best. My daily driver had a flat in the rear. I called first and spoke to a friendly associate that said to just bring it in. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They have a phenomenal selection of bikes and accessories. I'd highly recommend Big Shark to any and everyone.

Updating my review! I had returned that bike. They do trade-ins and were willing to look at my bike and take it back for a fair price for store credit. The bike (green) felt too compact but large for me. The man helping me out took his time and I did not feel rushed. He also showed me that my mounting and dismounting techniques were wrong and taught me the proper ways and even watched me test the bikes out. He was very hands on which I enjoyed.
