Chris was super helpful and friendly and got me a great deal that was out of this word. Bike Shop was recommended to me by Raph — Chris helped me find the perfect bike for my child. Thank you for the deal!
8/19/25 I read great reviews on Chris at The Bike Shop. I am 84 yrs of age. Love my e recumbant trike. Today things didn't go well,it malfunction on me. I called The Bike Shop. Chris told me if I didn't buy from him he won't work on them. Lead me to think no one will because they are complex. Questioning that i called another. The literally said they would be pleased to work on it. To leave it there,it may take a week.
Super friendly & helpful! I thought my bike needed a overhaul but the dude tightened a few things and got me out the door to ride! AMAZING! THANKS
Honestly can't praise Chris over at the bike shop enough for being so accommodating and friendly. Had to get a bike assembled and tuned up for my 9 year olds birthday and he not only did what I asked but went above and beyond to ensure it was safe for the ride! He definitely takes pride in his work and should be acknowledged for it!
I was injured from a fall, and stranded in Billings because of a blown engine in my car. Chris worked with me to get my bike back to California, and to figure out how I would get home too. This was the best service I have ever had, at a moment when I really needed help. Thanks Chris and team!
