My husband and I came in looking to see some bikes, Dave greeted us at the door and was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly appreciated all his help and we were able to get some great bikes with the Labor Day sale, we did go purchase from the Raleigh location due to inventory.

Great place with honest people. I bought a specialized gravel bike and Dave and Jacob and Gregg have all been super awesome and very helpful. There was even an issue with my front tire and they were able to get my front and rear tire replaced at no cost since it was more of a lemon issue with the bike versus anything they did or I did. Great people and great place would highly recommend!

It was a great experience! Adam was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I got everything I needed for my bike and safety. The selection of smaller framed bikes gave me options (4’10” petite woman needs a smaller frame). I love the bike!

Everyone here is so friendly. They did a quick repair to fix my kid’s flat tire in about 10 minutes while I waited, and the cost was totally reasonable. Glad I went here instead of trying to fix it myself.
